Tips for Images & Guidelines

It is really important to get that perfect photo of your home. As our team of artists rely on the photo which you provide as a reference.

So we have provided the following guidelines and tips to help you choose that perfect photo of your home:

• Front-facing home always works better
• Photo is in daylight is a must
• No objects to obstruct the home
• This photo was taken from Zillow & it works perfectly. So please feel free to use real estate sites like Zillow, Trulia and Street Easy.

• This photo was taken from our customers phone, and works perfectly!
• Here you will note the beautiful trees - we will include these in the art as they are in the photo
• Note that we will crop the art directly from the photo (so make sure you chose a photo with everything you want on it).

• Please do not use filtered pictures! Keep those for instagram!
• Please don't place vehicle's, trash cans and other things you don't want in the photo & if you want us to remove any items please leave us a note.
